Our new facility is conveniently located right off Route 85 in Frederick, MD, just steps from The Common Market and close to all the amenities of Evergreen Shopping Center.

Intensive
Outpatient
Our IOP offers intensive clinical counseling with morning and evening programs available. Expect group therapy sessions focusing on early recovery skills and relapse prevention, applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for lasting change.
Traditional Outpatient
Receive clinical support through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in small group settings. With sessions meeting 1-2 times a week for 26 weeks, you'll develop coping skills and prevent relapse while enhancing life skills.
DUI/DWI
Education
Our state-approved treatment programs offer competitive pricing and flexible scheduling, including Saturday sessions. Whether its our 12-hour course or the 26-week outpatient program, we'll ensure you meet legal requirements and provide MVA reporting.
Drug and Alcohol Testing
We offer testing to meet legal, employment, housing, and treatment program requirements, supporting your journey to sobriety and compliance with legal obligations.
Community Support Groups
Join in 12-step meetings, intimate partner violence support groups, and more, where you can connect with others facing similar challenges and receive guidance and encouragement.
Medications for Opiod Use Disorder (MOUD):

Your Treatment Program Begins With Your First Visit
From the moment you arrive at our Frederick facility, a friendly staff member will greet you, making you feel welcome and at ease. Our centers are designed to provide a calming, confidential, and soothing environment.
The assessment process, typically taking about an hour, will be conducted in a private office by one of our licensed counselors. All information shared during your evaluation will remain confidential and will only be shared with written permission through a signed release.
