Our mission at Serenity Treatment Center, Inc. is to
promote the well-being of the individuals and families
in the Frederick County community by providing
accessible, quality alcohol and substance abuse/addiction
care for adolescents, adults, and their families, by
utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect,
confidentiality, and compassion. We are committed to
the philosophy that we exist for the client, to provide
the highest quality of individualized treatment necessary
for them to experience sobriety and maintain a healthy,
productive and fulfilling lifestyle.

Serenity Treatment Center, Inc. provides an array of
quality alcohol and substance abuse out patient services to
individuals (adolescents and adults) and families. The Center
provides professionally-directed evaluation, treatment, and
recovery services to persons with substance abuse disorders.
These services are provided through individual and group
sessions. Services are designed to treat the individual's level
of illness severity and to achieve significant changes in an
individual's addictive behavior. Treatment is tailored to the
needs of the individual and guided by an individualized
treatment plan based on a comprehensive bio-psychosocial
assessment of the individual and his/her family,
if appropriate.

Deb has been in the healthcare industry for 8 years. In her
career, Deb has served as a supervisor, trained personnel and
delivered presentations. She was instrumental in developing
the policies and procedures for Serenity Treatment Center, as
well as the gratification of seeing the Center come to fruition.
Deb has been actively involved in women's programs and is
passionate about making a difference in the lives of people
with addictions in the Frederick community. She currently
resides on the Frederick County Commission for Women
and is the Chair for the Women In Need (WIN) program.

Ms. Conroy received her B.A. from Mary Baldwin College.
She is committed to delivering quality, cost-effective outpatient
services in a safe and respectful environment.

Christine has led a gratifying, 14 year long career as a
Registered Nurse. She has worked in several area hospitals
as a staff nurse, educator, preceptor, project manager and case
manager for medically complex patients. Christine still holds
a strong desire to help people and promote wellness. Christine
will exemplify leadership while working closely with the
counselors to ensure that each person is treated with dignity
and receive appropriate care in the most cost effective manner.
Christine is dedicated to the client's of Serenity Treatment
Center, Inc. and has a dream to make a change in the lives
of the residents of Frederick County who suffer from chronic
illness. Christine has been a Frederick County resident for 7
years and is a member and newly nominated Secretary of the
Frederick County Substance Abuse Council, involved in the
developing R.O.S.C team, a member of the National Association
of Professional Women and enjoys fundraising for cancer research.
